Organisers deliver the event
Organisers set the event content, prices, capacity and practical details. They are responsible for their events and information given to buyers. EventFlow provides ticketing and check-in tools.
Paid and free tickets
EventFlow charges 5% of the ticket price on paid tickets. Payments are direct charges on the organiser’s Stripe account, and the organiser also pays Stripe processing fees. Free tickets have no platform fee. Stripe manages account verification and payout schedules.
Refunds and changes
Buyers should contact their organiser about refunds, cancellations and changes. EventFlow’s platform fee is retained on ordinary refunds. Organisers see the amount before confirming a refund. This information does not affect statutory rights.
Accurate and public content
Publish only content and images you have permission to use. Check dates, time zones, venue details and capacity before sharing. Public events can be made available to search engines; unlisted events can be accessed using their link.
