Know what your ticket sales cost.

Creating an account is free. EventFlow charges 5% of the ticket price on paid tickets. You also pay Stripe’s card processing fees.

Choose the country, number of tickets and ticket price. The calculator separates EventFlow’s fee from an estimate of Stripe card fees so you can plan your revenue.

The estimate assumes standard cards and one ticket per payment. Other cards, currency conversion and your own Stripe agreement can change the amount. Check Stripe’s pricing for your country.

This is an estimate only. It uses our 5% fee plus typical Stripe fees for standard cards in your country, and assumes each ticket is bought in a separate payment. Your actual Stripe fees depend on card type and your Stripe agreement.

How your ticket revenue is split

Payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account. EventFlow’s fee is deducted from the payment, and Stripe charges your account for processing.

For 20 tickets at £20, ticket revenue is £400. EventFlow’s fee is £20. You keep £380 before Stripe’s processing fees. Those fees depend on your country, payment method and agreement with Stripe.

Free events

There is no EventFlow platform fee when the ticket price is zero. An event with only free tickets does not require Stripe.

Payouts and refunds

Stripe manages payouts to your bank. Timing depends on your account, country and bank.

EventFlow’s platform fee is retained on ordinary refunds. The organiser sees the refund amount before confirming. Stripe’s treatment of processing fees follows your agreement with Stripe. Ticket buyers should contact their organiser about refunds.

Sell in NOK, SEK, DKK, EUR, USD, GBP and CAD.

Stripe account setup is supported for organisers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Stripe may require verification before accepting payments.
