Privacy at EventFlow.

Information used to provide the service

Organiser accounts include email, organiser name, language and currency. Events, orders, attendee names and ticket details are used to manage sales and check-in. Contact messages are used to answer enquiries.

Service providers

Firebase provides authentication, storage and hosting. Stripe handles payments and organiser payment accounts. Brevo delivers emails. Card details are handled by Stripe and should not be emailed to EventFlow.

Browser storage and measurement

The app stores necessary login information and language and appearance preferences in the browser. Fonts are served from our own domain. No third-party marketing or analytics tools have been added.

At registration, we may store a limited referral category, campaign code, public landing page and language with the organiser account to understand which channels produce active organisers. We do not create a visitor profile or separate tracking identifier before registration.

Questions and requests

Contact contact@eventflow.ink to request access, correction or deletion of information. Identify the account or event involved. Some order information may need to be retained for payment and documentation requirements. Organisers handle information used to deliver their events.
